In this role you are responsible for specified vessels and departments, which includes follow up from requisition to delivery of supplies at end-destination, including payment verification, transport coordination, and handling of warranties, repair and non-conformities. Main tasks and responsibilities


  • Responsible for the day-to-day Procure-to-pay process, including sourcing, negotiating and purchasing goods and services, transport and invoice follow up.
  • Contribute to the follow up of repair orders with internal stakeholders and relevant suppliers.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of the purchasing processes, systems and work instructions
  • Manage the logistics and material tasks around the operation
  • Support Procurement Category Managers with sourcing activities.
  • Contribute to achieve department goals
  • Contiki Application Administrator





  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Relevant experience within procurement and/or logistics activities, preferably in maritime and or seismic industry
  • Procurement process knowledge
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness
  • Ability to standardize and simplify
  • Set priorities, drive changes and meet deadlines
  • Organized and efficient
  • Flexible and willing to accept changes
  • Strong English and Norwegian communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Good IT skills, preferably ERP systems/IFS, Basware and/or Sharepoint
