Supply Chain Analyst

The Operations & Technology units prepare bids, estimates project costs, and ensure effective vessel operation and constantly improving efficiency through technology development and research.

In this role you will extract, analyze and report Supply Chain related data on a regular basis. You will identify, coordinate improvement areas in Supply Chain for profitability, efficiency and compliance. In addition, you will monitor and follow up on compliance to Supply Chain process on a global scale. Main tasks and responsibilities


  • Develop, analyze and monitor relevant reports on performance including spend analysis, productivity, KPIs, savings, inventory
  • Contribute to optimization of Supply Chain process for profitability, efficiency and compliance
  • Documentation: Secure updated process documentation and work instructions, Secure documentation of Supply Chain Key Controls, Secure testing and documentation of changes/ improvements to process and tools
  • Contribute to annual department targets                                        





  • Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years relevant procurement and/ or logistics experience
  • Professional work experience in IFS or similar ERP systems
  • Professional work experience with Microsoft Office products; Excel and PowerPoint
  • Organized and efficient
  • Analytical and proactive
  • Positive and self-driven
  • Solution oriented
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, both English and Norwegian
